107. IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR HEPATITIS A VACCINE PROGRAM Approve a retro-active fixed price IGA CTR045215 between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Emergency Management. This agreement permits ADHS, through their Arizona Immunization Program Office (ADHS/AIPO), to purchase Hepatitis A vaccines for adults through the ADHS contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The vaccine will be shipped directly to the County. The 5 year IGA term begins June 26, 2019 and ends June 25, 2024. In FY19, costs were covered via an emergency procurement. In FY20, it is projected that MCDPH will purchase approximately 50,000 doses of the vaccine. Costs are estimated not to exceed $1,200,000 in FY20.These costs will be paid from a general fund appropriation and are not subject to indirect. (C-86-20-003-3-00)
