22. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH MARANA HEALTH CENTER, INC. Approve a retro-active Affiliation Agreement with Marana Health Center, Inc. to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship program. The agreement is non-financial and the term is from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024. As a part of its established accredited dietetic internship program, the Department of Public Health seeks to provide its dietetic interns with a broad and diverse practicum experience. This agreement with MHC will allow dietetic interns to continue to receive approved practicum experience in clinical nutrition. Supervised by MHC registered dietitians in MHC facilities, interns would continue to be responsible to Public Health. This agreement is non-financial, and does not affect the County general fund.
