32. AGREEMENTS WITH NEIGHBORHOOD OUTREACH ACCESS TO HEALTH (NOAH) FOR WIC SERVICES Approve a non-monetary Partnership Agreement (PA) and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between NOAH and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), to allow the Women, Infant and Children Services (WIC) to provide virtual WIC services for those referred to WIC by NOAH. These agreements begin on date of last signature and end August 30, 2020. (C-86-20-032-3-00)

RESCIND ACTION REGARDING AGREEMENT WITH NEIGHBORHOOD OUTREACH ACCESS TO HEALTH Rescind agenda item C-86-20-032-3-00 that approved and authorized a Partnership Agreement with Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) for the provision of virtual WIC services.
