44. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT – RYAN WHITE PROGRAM Pursuant to A.R. S. 42-17106B, approve the transfer of FY2020 expenditure and revenue authority in the amount of $3,308,972 from the Assistant County Manager 950 (950) Public Health Grant Fund (532) Operating (OPER) to the Public Health Department (860) Public Health Grant Fund (532) Operating (OPER) budget. This action will have a net zero impact on the overall County budget. Adjustment is necessary as the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grants, Parts A and B, are moving to Public Health. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation therefore expenditure of these revenues is not prohibited by the budget law. This request does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. (C-86-20-038-2-00)
