MOU WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES (ADHS) AND THE RYAN WHITE PROGRAM THROUGH THE MARICOPA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) No. HU2052008 between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health. The purpose of this MOU is to establish an agreement for the unification of the Ryan White Part A program and the Ryan White Part B program databases into a single database named ‘ONE CAREWare’. The term becomes effective upon signature of both parties and shall continue unless terminated, cancelled or extended. CAREWare is a free, electronic health and social support services information system for Human Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program recipients and providers. CAREWare was developed by HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau and first released in 2000. (C-86-20-041-3-00)
