APPOINTMENTS, REAPPOINTMENTS, CHANGES IN DESIGNATION & RESIGNATIONS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following new appointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval. 1. Charles Albrecht (Community Member), new appointment. Term ends 3 years from Board approval. Term ends April 21, 2023. 2. Eric Eason (Community Member), new appointment. Term ends 3 years from Board approval. Term ends April 21, 2023. 3. Shane Sangster, alternate member for Maclovia Little Rabbit Morales, (Federal HIV Programs: Native Health Services. Term ends January 10, 2023. 4. Hawa Osman, alternate member for Rocko Cook, Health & Social Service Provider: Ryan White Part A ASO/CBO). Term ends November 28, 2020 Approve the following reappointment to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval. 1.
