RFP CONTRACT WITH NEIGHBORHOOD OUTREACH ACCESS TO HEALTH FOR MASS IMMUNIZATION SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION Approve a Public Health Request for Proposal (PH RFP) Contract #210148, between Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) and Neighborhood Outreach and Access to Health (NOAH) (Contractor) for the provision and administration of seasonal flu vaccine (as well as other types of vaccines, as needed) to those 6 months of age and older. The term of the contract is for three (3) years, beginning October 29, 2020 and ending October 28, 2023, with an option to renew up to a maximum of two (2) additional years, (or at the County’s sole discretion, extend the contract on a month-to-month basis for a maximum of six (6) month after expiration). NOAH is one of several awardees of this fee for service contract pursuant to Section MC1-330 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code. There will be approximately 5 Intergovernmental agreements (IGAs) with local jurisdictions as well. The combined total of all related awards for this service is in a not to exceed amount of $7,000,000; an amount BOS approved on June 8, 2020 as C-86-20-552-M-00. These agreements will be CARES Act funded. Currently, CARES Act funding is set to expire 12/30/2020.
