82. PROVIDER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT REVALIDATION WITH ARIZONA HEALTH CARE COST CONTAINMENT SYSTEM Approve the revalidation of the Provider Participation Agreement between Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and Maricopa County by and between its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), dba, Maricopa County Department of Health Services, dba, Public Health Clinical (PHC) for the registration and payment for health care services provided by Public Health Clinic for fee-for-service eligible persons. The term of this Agreement shall begin upon Board of Supervisors approval and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party with a 30-day notice. This agreement allows Maricopa County Department of Public Health, dba, Maricopa County Department of Health Services, dba Public Health Clinical to bill Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) health plans for reimbursable client services provided at the Public Health Clinic. This allows the Public Health Clinic to generate revenue to operate the programs. The overall fee fund budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate increase in revenue through a future reconciliation. (C-86-21-022-X-00)
