54. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF PEORIA’S FIRE AND MEDICAL DEPARTMENT FOR MASS IMMUNIZATION SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION Approve an amendment to the IGA between Maricopa County, through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) and City of Peoria and its Fire and Medical Department, for the continued provision and administration of seasonal flu vaccine (as well as COVID-19 and other types of vaccines, as needed) to those 6 months of age and older. Funding is in the amount of $50,000 for the project period beginning July 1, 2021 and ending March 31, 2022. The cumulative total for project period beginning October 12, 2020 and ending March 31, 2022, is $100,000. Should funding become unavailable, Section 4.0 of the Contract, Availability of Funds will apply, allowing for a change or termination of the contract. (C-86-21-074-X-01)
