108. IGA WITH THE ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS FOR AND ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY Approve a retroactive Intergovernmental Agreement between the Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University (ASU) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health to provide funding for Arizona State University Southwest Interdisciplinary Research Center (SIRC) to serve as the program evaluator for the Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) cooperative agreement. The agreement is in the total not to exceed amount of $330,000 for the term. The term of the agreement is for two (2) years beginning September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2022. The budget period is from September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021. This Agreement may be extended for additional one-year periods, not to exceed a total extended term of five (5) years, except that the cost may be subject to renegotiation. (C-86-21-097-X-00)
