CORRECTION TO APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT FOR EPIDEMIOLOGY AND EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM Approve a correction to the Appropriations Adjustment item for Epidemiology and Emergency Preparedness Program approved on 1/13/2021 as C-86-21-113-X-00. Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the revision to the appropriation adjustments resulting in a net increase to revenue and expenditures of $4,400,000 in FY 2022 to Public Health (D860) Public Health Grants Fund (532) Nonrecurring (NRNP) budget and a net decrease to revenue and expenditures of $1,215,092 in FY 2022 to Public Health (D860) Public Health Grants Fund (532) Operating (OPER). The appropriation adjustment is related to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) Agreement No. IGA2021-073, COVID-19 Case Investigations & Contact Tracing between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Disease Control Division, for the COVID-19 response. The total amount of the IGA price sheet is 8,400,117 and was approved as C-86-21-100-x-00 on 12/9/2020. (C-86-21-113-X-01)
