63. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES AND THE RYAN WHITE PROGRAM-PART A Approve Amendment No. 1 of an IGA between Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health and Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS). The purpose of this amendment is to extend the end date of the agreement to February 28, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect. The contract is hereby amended as specified below: A. The expiration date shall be extended to February 28, 2025. B. The Agreement amount is not to exceed $1,150,000 for the remainder of the contract. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect. The original term of this agreement began February 1, 2021, through January 31, 2024. (C-86-21-116-X-01)
