43. EXTENSION TO RFP CONTRACT 14067 FOR RYAN WHITE PART A SERVICES-PSYCHOSOCIAL SERVICES Authorize and approve an extension to RFP Contract 14067 for Ryan White Part A program services between Maricopa County through its Department of Public Health and Chicanos Por La Causa. The Department requires additional time to prepare for the upcoming RFP process due to updated requirements from Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) and HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) regarding Ryan White Part A funding. The contract term is extended for an additional three (3) months from March 1, 2021 through May 31, 2021. This is a 3-month extension beyond the original maximum 6-year term, making the total term 6 years, 3 months from March 1, 2015 thru May 31, 2021. The Base Contract and first extension were approved under Procurement Services. The Ryan White Part A Services program use these contracts to provide for psychosocial support services for eligible individuals with HIV/AIDS. (C-86-21-118-X-00)
