45. DATA USE AGREEMENT WITH DREXEL UNIVERSITY URBAN HEALTH COLLABORATIVE Approve a non-financial Data Use Agreement (Agreement) between Drexel University Urban Health Collaborative (Drexel) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Disease Control, to allow for Drexel access to COVID-19 related anonymous individual-level data. Drexel agrees to use the data as defined in Attachment B of this Agreement. This agreement shall be effective upon Board approval and shall remain in effect for five (5) years, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section I. (C-86-21-142-X-00)
