70. AMENDMENT TO IGA BY AND BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY AND MARICOPA COUNTY SPECIAL HEALTH CARE DISTRICT DBA VALLEYWISE HEALTH Approve and execute the First Amendment to IGA between Maricopa County and Maricopa County Special Health Care District dba Valleywise Health dated April 7, 2021, for County’s operation of a comprehensive health center at the property located at 8088 W. Whitney Drive in Peoria. The Amendment extends the Initial Term of the IGA eight (8) months for new expiration date of December 31, 2026. Three 60-month options to renew remain. The County’s Assistant County Manager and the Real Estate Director may administer this Agreement. This property is in Supervisor District 4. (C-86-21-149-X-01)
