60. RFP CONTRACTS FOR RYAN WHITE PART A SERVICES–EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES Authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute contracts, in a form to be approved by the County Attorney’s Office, with any or all of the Contractors that have submitted responses to the Public Health Request for Proposals, PH RFP 210225, Ryan White Part A (RWPA)Services-Early Intervention Services, a solicited RFP. Early Intervention Services (EIS) include identification of individuals at key points of entry, provision of HIV counseling and ensuring individuals have access and linkage to HIV Care and treatment. Services will be targeted to the Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA) of Maricopa and Pinal Counties. The Contracts are for an initial term of 2 years, 9 months (two years, nine months) beginning on the 1st day of June 2021 and ending the 29th day of February 2024, with an option to renew up to a maximum of three (3) additional years, (or at the County’s sole discretion, extend the contract on a month-to-month bases for a maximum of six (6) months after expiration). The anticipated total amount to be spent on all awarded contracts is $1,500,000 over the initial term. No more than 4 contracts will be awarded based on a determination by the Public Health Selection Committee as qualified to provide the specified services. The respondents under consideration are: • CAN Community Health • Ripple PHX • Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS • Terros These agreements will be funded from the Health Resources and Resources Administration (HRSA), Ryan White Part A Program, HIV Emergency Relief Grant, Grant Number H89HA11478.
