AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH COLLABORATIVE RESEARCH FOR RYAN WHITE PART A PROGRAM Approve amendment 1 to RFP Contract 200002 with Collaborative Research for Ryan White Part A Program consulting services. The contract is increased by an additional $650,000 for a not-to-exceed amount of $1,400,000 for the contact term ending November 30, 2022. The Scope for Work is amended to include: • Collaborative Research (CR) will provide technical assistance to support the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) in its efforts to Ending the HIV Epidemic Initiative activities in Maricopa County. Activities include but are not limited to: • Modernization and distribution of an HIV Resource Guide. • Assisting in the development and coordination of an Undetectable= Untransmittable (U=U) Media Initiative. • Design of a 24-Hour Live Response System for HIV Referrals and Linkages to Care. • Program-to-Client and Peer-to-Peer communication system. • Identification and development of systems level improvements and innovations. The consulting services will continue to inform service delivery design for more than 12,000 people living with HIV in Maricopa County. It will also help to identify opportunities for efficiencies and improved health outcomes as we work to reduce new HIV infections in Maricopa County by 75%. The Base Contract was approved under Procurement Services and was entered into November 20, 2019. (C-86-21-176-X-00)
