VENDOR AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SURPRISE FOR CARE & SHARE EXPO Approve a Vendor Agreement between the City of Surprise, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”) and Maricopa County, through its Department of Public Health, First Teeth First Program (“Vendor”).
