MOU WITH SHAHEALTH FOR FIRST TEETH FIRST ORAL HEALTH PROGRAM Approve a non-financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between SHAHealth and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health, Office of Oral Health, First Teeth First program (MCDPH-OOH) to provide dental screenings and fluoride varnish applications. This MOU will help prevent tooth decay and improve access to dental care for children 0-5 years and for expectant mothers in Maricopa County. This partnership will bring the First Teeth First Program to SHAHealth at 4700 N 51st Ave Suite 5, Phoenix, AZ 85031. The MOU will begin as of March 1, 2022 and end on February 28, 2023. Thereafter, this MOU maybe renewable for an additional one (1) year by mutual consent. Any of the parties, in writing, may terminate this MOU in whole, or in part, at any time before the date of expiration. (C-86-22-117-X-00)
