68. IGA WITH THE CITY OF PHOENIX FOR HIV MEDIA EXPANSION Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health and City of Phoenix, Human Services Department. The purpose of this agreement is to provide the County’s Ryan White Part A Program funding f or expansion of the anti-stigma HIV campaign “Positively You” in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This IGA is in the not-to-exceed amount of $50,000 for the four (4) month term beginning March 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2022. This is a new grant award and it is not anticipated to reoccur. It is non-competitive and there is no cash or in-kind match required. In addition, there is no mandated services required. MCDPH indirect rate for FY22 is 17.97%. Full indirect costs are estimated at $7,616 all of which is recoverable. Departmental indirect rates are reestablished at the beginning of each fiscal year and the future indirect rates will be collected at the corresponding rates. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. Approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S . §42-17105. (C-86-22-138-X-00)
