IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR BRFSS SURVEY Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Systems (BRFSS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Epidemiology (OE) for the development and enhancement of the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS). This IGA allows MCPDH to obtain BRFSS survey data from ADHS for a total not-to-exceed amount of $115,000 for the budget period January 1, 2022 through July 31, 2023. This IGA allows for the County to extend the agreement for additional one-year periods, not to exceed a total extended term of five years. This IGA is exempt from procurement procedures, pursuant to Section MC1-1001 of the Maricopa County Procurement Code. (C-86-22-146-X-00)
