50. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE CONTRACT WITH SOLARI, INC FOR COVID-19 CASE CONTACT & COMMUNITY OUTREACH SERVICES Approve the issuance of a Competition Impracticable (CI) contract pursuant to Maricopa County’s Procurement Authority Code MC1-352B with Solari , Inc. for the purpose of continuing their current work on COVID-19 case contact services and related community outreach services. The total not-to-exceed amount is $2,468,692.33 to be paid out on a monthly fixed rate of $176,335.16. The initial term of this contract is fourteen (14) months, beginning on May 1, 2022, and ending June 30, 2023; the County may renew the term of this contract up to a maximum of one (1) additional year(s), (or at the County’s sole discretion, extend the contract on a month-to-month basis for a maximum of six months after expiration). The purpose of these funds is to provide support for the Positive Case Autodialer Project and Promotores Project, which includes an automated call system to individuals identified by MCDPH as having tested positive for COVID-19. The Promotores Project includes a bilingual helpline to serve Spanish speaking individuals residing in Maricopa County with COVID-19 information and assistance. This contract will be funded through the 532-D860-8611-EPIR-1001 Public Health Department. In addition, approve the termination of the existing Competition Impracticable contract with Solari , Inc (200231-CI) which was originally scheduled to end June 30, 2022 but will now be replaced with this new CI contract as described above.
