MOU WITH ARIZONA YOUTH PARTNERSHIP Approve a non-fi nancial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health, Office of Family Health - Nurse Family Partnership and Arizona Youth Partnership (AZYP). Nurse Family Partnership will provide referrals to AZ YP’s Starting Out Right for Homeless Parenting Youth Program (SOR-HPYP) for pregnant and parenting youth so they may access supportive services and health education. The MOU will begin as of July 1, 2022 and end on June 30, 2023. Thereafter, this MOU may be renewed by AZYP. Any of the parties may terminate this MOU in whole, or in part, at any time before the date of expiration upon written notice 60 days prior. (C-86-22-176-X-00)
