FEE FUND BUDGET APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS FY 20-21 Per A.R.S. §42-17106, authorize the following amendment to the FY 2021 budget: Reduce the expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grant Fund (249) Non Recurring (NRNP) Unreserved Contingency (4711) in the amount of $300,000. Increase the expenditure authority in the Public Health (D860) Fee Fund (265) Non Recurring (NRNP) in the amount of $300,000. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to ARS 42-17105.
