51. AMENDMENT TO AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA Approve Amendment number one (1) to the Affiliation Agreement with the Arizona Board of Regents, on behalf of the University of Arizona, to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The agreement is non-financial and the term remains unchanged from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026. Affiliation Agreement referenced in this Amendment is hereby amended as follows: Section 3 beginning on Page 4 of the above-named agreement is hereby amended to add sub-section D. This amendment will allow for greater data sharing between the partners. (C-86-22-200-X-01)

AMENDMENT TO AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA Approve Amendment number two (2) to the Affiliation Agreement (AA) between the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), on behalf of the University of Arizona (U of A), and Maricopa County, by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The original term of the AA began July 1, 2021. The AA referenced in this Amendment is hereby amended as follows: I. The above-named agreement is hereby amended to extend the term from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. II. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. (C-86-22-200-X-02)
