82. AGREEMENT FOR AMBULATORY CLINICAL ROTATIONS WITH VANGUARD HEALTH MANAGEMENT, INC. DBA ABRAZO COMMUNITY HEALTH NETWORK Approve the affiliation agreement entitled “Agreement for Ambulatory Clinical Rotations” between Vanguard Health Management, Inc. dba Abrazo Community Health Network and the Departments of Correctional Health and Public Health to allow residents from Abrazo Central Campus to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Departments of Correctional Health and Public Health. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is from the later of July 1, 2021 or the execution of the Agreement by both parties and valid through June 30, 2026. The agreement would allow residents from Abrazo Community Health Network to continue to complete unpaid educational rotations with the Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) and other programs, and to develop a working partnership with MCCHS and MCDPH.
