76. APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following resignations from the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council): 1. Cynthia Trottier (Community Member), resignation effective 4/27/2021. 2. Maclovia Little Rabbit Morales (Federal HIV Programs: Native Health Services), resignation effective 4/27/2021 3. Shane Sangster – Alternate for Maclovia Morales (Federal HIV Programs: Native Health Services), resignation effective 4/27/2021 Approve the following changes in membership representation on the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council): 1. Rocko Cook designation from (Health & Social Service Providers: Ryan White Part A ASO/CBO) to (Community Member) with a term of service effective 7/14/2021 – 7/13/2024 2. Charles “Chuck” Peterson designation from Alternate Member to Member (Health & Social Service Providers: Ryan White Part A ASO/CBO) with a term of service to complete the membership term of Rocko Cook effective from BOS approval through 11/28/2023. Approve the following new appointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval: 1.
