MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH WESLEY COMMUNITY & HEALTH CENTERS FOR THE FIRST TEETH FIRST PROGRAM Approve a retroactive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) Office of Oral Health (OOH), and Wesley Community & Health Centers (WCHC). The purpose of this MOU is to develop a framework of cooperation and partnership between MCDPH and WCHC to provide The First Teeth First Program to eligible cl ients for the prevention of tooth decay. The 2-year term of this MOU begins June 17, 2021 and ends June 30, 2023. This agreement may be terminated by either party per the terms of the agreement. (C-86-22-206-X-00)
