58. APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following resignations from the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council): 1. Phyllis Coprich (Health & Social Service Providers: Ryan White Part A ASO/CBO), resignation effective 6/7/2021. Approve the following new appointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval: 1. Colette Kruse (Community Member), new member appointment. Term effective upon BOS approval for 3-year term (9/1/2021 - 8/31/2024) 2. Hannah Throssell (ALTERNATE MEMBER FOR Isabel Ortega (Federal Program: Native Health)), new member appointment to replace Shane Sangster and will complete the membership term of Sangster effective from Board approval through 1/31/2023. 3. Eva Steele (Community Member), new member appointment. Term effective upon BOS approval for 3-year term (9/1/2021 - 8/31/2024) The Membership Committee of the Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
