AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH FRAMESHIFT GROUP Approve an amendment to the emergency contract, PHEM 20014 with Frameshift Group, for the purpose of continuing COVID-19 related physician outreach services and the provision of expertise to schools and outpatient providers. The contract will be extended through April 30, 2023. The contract term began March 19, 2020 and ends April 30, 2023. Additional funding is in the amount of $350,000 bringing the total not-to-exceed amount to $570,000. All other terms and conditions remain the same. It is anticipated that this amendment will be funded thru the ADHS ELC2 grant. Should the use of these funds not be approved, and alternate funding not available, termination of this contract shall occur. (C-86-22-230-X-00)
