48. AMENDMENTS TO RFP CONTRACTS WITH ALBERTSONS COMPANIES AND RIGHTWAY PHARMACY, LLC FOR IMMUNIZATION SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION Approve Amendment #2 to RFP Contract 200234 between Albertsons Companies, and Rightway Pharmacy, LLC and Maricopa County, by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH). This contract is being amended to continue providing immunization services. In addition to extending the expiration date to August 18, 2025, the scope of work has been changed to reflect changes in the Compensation structure as well as delineate responsibilities of the Contractor and the terms and conditions has been updated to include newly required clauses. The original contract was approved by the Board of Supervisors on October 6, 2021 and subsequent amendments were processed by the procurement officer. These agreements will be funded by Arizona Department of Health Services Immunization Grant. It is also requested to authorize an increase in the master agreement (#200234) of $3,000,000, making the new total not-to-exceed $10,000,000. Should funding be discontinued, and alternate funding not be available, Section 4.0 of the Contract, Availability of Funds will apply, allowing for a change or termination of the contract.
