REQUEST TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM THRESHOLD FOR TESTING AND TRAINING SERVICES RELATED TO COVID Authorize an increase of an additional $10,000,000.00 to Maricopa County’s master agreement (MA) #200232 for Testing & Training Services Related to COVID-19, bringing the total not to exceed amount to $36,252,411.00. The MA was started on 6/29/20 and has been being used by multiple d epartments including Public Health and Correctional Health. This increase is being requested to allow for additional COVID testing to be performed through December 2023. Funding shall come from each departments' own funding source and each department shall be responsible for obtaining any required approvals for the funding source they wish to use. (C-86-23-000-X-00)
