TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF ULTRA-COLD FREEZER TO GRAND CANYON UNIVERSITY Request the Board of Supervisors to approve the transfer of ownership of an Ultra-Cold Freezer, #MDF-U76VA-PA, Serial # 19107N03235 from PHC Corporation from Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health’s (MCDPH) to Grand Canyon University, thereby relinquishing control of the asset from MCDPH. Grand Canyon University will accept the transfer of this asset which was originally procured under the CARES Act. The freezer was used in the maintenance of vaccines during the initial days of the pandemic under the direction of the Unified Command Center and transferred to MCDPH in June 2021. The freezer currently has a County Capital Asset number of F2100493 and has an estimated value of $15,000. Transfer of ownership shall commence upon receipt of signatures on the Transfer of Property Ownership Agreement. (C-86-23-002-X-00)
