REQUEST FOR APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17106(B), approve the following appropriation adjustments: Increase the FY 2023 revenue and expenditure authorities of the Public Health (D860) Opioid Abatement Fund (297) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budget by $4,726,987. Decrease the FY 2023 revenue and expenditure authorities of the Non Departmental (D470) Opioid Abatement Fund (297) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) budget by $4,726,987. The appropriation adjustment is related to the One Arizona Distribution of Opioid Settlement Funds agreement. This request does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. (C-86-23-051-X-00)
