REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT P50395 FOR OFFICE SPACE LOCATED AT 6535 EAST OSBORN RD, SCOTTSDALE Approve and execute the Revocable License Agreement between the City of Scottsdale (City) and Maricopa County (Licensee). Licensee shall conduct the WIC Program on City-owned property located at 6535 East Osborn Road, Scottsdale, AZ. The Agreement is from November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2025. During the three (3) year term, the annual Use and Utility Fee will have a fixed escalation payment schedule as follows: $1,830.40, $1,869.40, and $1,909.70. The Assistant County Manager for Maricopa County and/or the Real Estate Director for Maricopa County may administer this Agreement. (C-86-23-052-X-00)
