97. IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR TRAVELER’S HEALTH Approve a new, fixed price, IGA (CTR060547) between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide funding for closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19. Travelers continue to introduce new strains of SARS-CoV-2 into Maricopa County and export infections to other locations. The funding for this program is in the not-to-exceed amount of $414,000.00. This agreement will become effective after the Board Approval through June 1, 2024. This is an eighteen (18) month IGA with no requirement for in-kind match or on-going contributions. This award was not competitive. This IGA is to provide education, SARS-CoV-2 testing, COVID-19 vaccination services or referrals to individuals at locations that target interstate and international travelers such at the airports, bus depots, train stations, and ports of entry. The Department of Public Health ‘s indirect rate for FY23 is 17.24 % . Full indirect cost is estimated at $60,878.20, all of which is recoverable. Department indirect rates are reestablished at the beginning of each fiscal year and the future indirect rates will be collected at the corresponding rates. (C-86-23-075-X-00)

RESCIND APPROVAL OF THE IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR TRAVELER’S HEALTH Rescind approval of the Traveler's Health Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA), CTR060547, between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to provide funding for closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19. Traveler’s Health IGA was approved on December 7, 2022 (C-86-23-075-X-00) by the Board of Supervisors. (C-86-23-075-X-01)
