37. APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following new appointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval. 1. Emily Halling (Provider Primary: HSSP – Part A (Southwest Center for HIV AIDS), new member appointment. The term is effective upon Board approval for 3-year term (1/11/2023 – 12/6/2025). Accept the following change of representation of the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). 1. Casey Simon currently serving as Primary Provider part C to change representation to Provider Alternate to Emily Halling (Provider Primary: HSSP – Part A (Southwest Center for HIV AIDS).
