64. STUDENT ROTATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN WESTERN GOVERNORS UNIVERSITY AND MARICOPA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH Approve the Student Rotation Training Agreement with Western Governors University, by and for its Leavitt School of Health, to allow students to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from April 1, 2023 through June 30, 2032. The agreement would allow students from WGU to complete unpaid educational rotations with the immunization program and other programs, and to sustain a working partnership with MCDPH.
