89. IGA WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR BEVAVIOR RISK FACTOR SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM SURVEY Approve new and fixed priced Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) AGR2023-046 between Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Systems (BRFSS) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Epidemiology (OE) for the development and enhancement of the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS). This IGA allows MCDPH to obtain BRFSS survey data from ADHS for a total not-to-exceed amount of $210,448.04 for the budget period January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. This IGA allows for the County to extend the agreement for additional one-year periods, not to exceed a total extended term of five years. (C-86-23-166-X-00)
