96. PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH AND ALHAMBRA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM Approve a non-financial Partnership Agreement (PA) between Maricopa County, through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH), and partner school district, Alhambra Elementary School District. The purpose of this Agreement is to assure the continued provision and administration of all age-appropriate for children who are uninsured and insured vaccines, seasonal influenza, and COVID-19 vaccines and for adults who are uninsured and insured. The Term of the Agreement is from May 1, 2023, and automatically renews annually from this date through May 31, 2026. (C-86-23-170-X-00)
