62. CONTRACT WITH PHOENIX CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT REPORT Approve a Contract for Services between Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH) for participating in a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Phoenix Children’s Hospital shall pay the County for the services described, in the amount of $15,600 per year, for three years, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $46,800. The term of this Contract is from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2026. The Contract may be extended by mutual written and signed agreement of the Parties for additional terms up to three-years each. The Department of Public Health's standard indirect rate for FY24 is 15.65%, The fee fund rate for FY24, however, is 18.67%. This CHNA contract will fall under the fee fund rate of 18.67%. As such, indirect costs are estimated at $2,454.30 (per year) and are fully recoverable. (C-86-24-095-X-00)
