64. SOLE SOURCE SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THE ARIZONA PARTNERSHIP FOR IMMUNIZATION (TAPI) FOR BILLING IMMUNIZATIONS Approve this Sole Source Service Contract between The Arizona Partnership for Immunization (TAPI) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH). This Contract continues the established program that coordinates public health clinics so that Maricopa County can be compensated for immunizations administered to clients with current health insurance. Also, this Contract generates revenue for MCDPH. The term of the Sole Source Service Contract is January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2028. (C-86-24-097-X-00)

106. CONTRACT FOR IMMUNIZATION FOR MEDICAL BILLING OUTSOURCING SERVICES Approve a contract pursuant to PH RFP 260045 between Maricopa County, by and through the Department of Public Health, and The Arizona Partnership for Immunization (TAPI) for Medical Billing Outsourcing Services. The initial term of the contract is two (2) years, beginning on February 1, 2026, and ending on January 31, 2028, with an option to renew for an additional three (3) years. This contract allows TAPI to act as a billing services provider on behalf of MCDPH for the purpose of collecting fees from patient insurance carriers. The Contractor shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining the health insurance contracts and negotiating rates with insurance carriers on behalf of MCDPH. The Contractor shall retain a percentage of monies collected to cover all costs associated with providing services under this contract. In addition, this contract will incorporate the scope of work from two other MCDPH contracts (Sole Source Contract C-86-24-097-X-00 and CI Contract #3624) for similar services, rendering them null and void.
