APPROVE CERTIFICATION OF NON-DEBARMENT OR SUSPENSION FOR NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COUNTY AND CITY HEALTH OFFICIALS GRANT APPLICATIONS Approve the Certification of Non-Debarment or Suspension for the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH), Office of Grants Management (OGM) to be able to apply for National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) grants. The Certification of Non-Debarment or Suspension must be completed by any organization applying for a NACCHO grant and affirms that any person associated with the grant in the capacity of owner, partner, director, officer, or manager, has not been debarred or suspended within the three (3) year period preceding the certification. The certification is in accordance with Executive Order (EO) 12549 and EO 12689 and is good for a period of one year. (C-86-24-123-X-00)
