65. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH BUILDING BLOCKS NUTRITION, LLC Approve the Affiliation Agreement (AA) with Building Blocks Nutrition, LLC, to provide clinical nutrition training experience for graduate students in the dietetic internship. The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from March 1, 2024 through June 30, 2033. As a part of its established accredited dietetic internship program, the Department of Public Health seeks to provide its dietetic interns with a broad and diverse practicum experience. This agreement with Building Blocks Nutrition allows dietetic interns to continue to receive approved practicum experience in clinical nutrition. Supervised by BBN registered dietitians in BBN facilities or virtual platforms, interns would continue to be responsible to Public Health. This agreement is non-financial, and does not affect the County general fund. (C-86-24-154-X-00)
