40. RESIGNATION TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Accept the following resignations from the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). 1. Rocko Cook (Community Member), resignation effective 10/3/2022. The Membership Committee of the Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
