74. IGA WITH ISAAC SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SCHOOL-BASED TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION SERVICES - STAND Approve a retroactive, non-financial Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Isaac School District (Contractor) and Maricopa County by and through its Department of Public Health (MCDPH). The contractor will continue to provide school-based Tobacco Use Prevention and Education Services; Students Taking A New Direction (STAND). The agreement is non-financial and the term of the IGA is January 1, 2024 through May 31, 2029. Tobacco Use is the number one preventable cause of death and disease in Arizona. In 1993, there were over 70,000 middle and high school youth using tobacco. (C-86-25-018-X-00)
