73. CONTRACT WITH DELTA DENTAL OF ARIZONA FOR RYAN WHITE PART A DENTAL INSURANCE SERVICES Approve PH RFP 250050 contract between Maricopa County by and through the Department of Public Health and Delta Dental of Arizona for the purchase of Ryan White Part A Dental Insurance Services. The purpose of the contract is to provide comprehensive dental coverage for people with HIV/AIDS in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. The initial contract will be for three (3) years beginning March 1, 2025, and ending February 29, 2028. If additional funds become available, the contract may be amended and/or extended based on the need for continuous services as well as satisfactory Contractor performance for three (3) additional years.
