52. AGREEMENT TO STUDENT ROTATION TRAINING WITH BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY (BYU) Approve the Student Rotation Training Agreement with Brigham Young University to allow students to participate in learning experiences at the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH). The agreement is non-financial, and the term is to be from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2035. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days prior written notice to the other party; provided, however, interns participating at MCDPH at the time of termination shall be given an opportunity to complete their participation.
