100. RESIGNATIONS FROM AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE GREATER PHOENIX RYAN WHITE HIV SERVICES PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following reappointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval. 1. Alain Barnes (Community Member) renewal appointment. Term effective October 19, 2025, through October 18, 2028. Accept the following resignations and approve the appointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval. 2. Accept the resignation of Patricia Sandoval, representing Health & Social Service Providers: Ryan White Part B - AZ Dpt. Health Services, effective July 4, 2025. Approve the appointment of Jimmy Borders, as the primary representative for Ryan White Part B - AZ Dpt. Health Services, completing the term of Ms. Sandoval. The term of service will be effective as of Board approval through August 31, 2027. Mr. Borders has been serving as Ms. Sandoval’s alternate. (C-86-26-015-X-00)
