97. DONATION OF ONE HANDWASHING TRAILER TO KEYS TO CHANGE Approve the donation of one (1) handwashing trailer ("Equipment") from Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) to Keys to Change (KTC). Authorize the Chairman to sign on behalf of the county to transfer the title over to Keys to Change (KTC). This is the first donation of its kind to KTC, and future donations of this sort are unknown. This agreement is non-financial. (C-86-26-016-X-00)
